Complete answer: 1. A friendship treaty signed between England-Japan- Britain and Japan signed the first Anglo-Japanese alliance in January 1902. The British were represented by Lord Lansdowne, the British foreign secretary and the Japanese by Hayashi Tadasu, a Japanese diplomat. It was a diplomatic treaty that ended British isolation. The alliance was renewed and expanded twice. This alliance resulted in boosting trade and cultural exchanges between the British and the Japanese.
2. Treaty between England and France -A series of political agreements was signed on 8th April 1904 between the United Kingdom and the French Republic which saw a significant improvement in Anglo-French relations. The signing of the agreement also ended the thousand years of intermittent conflict between the two states and their predecessors.
3. A friendship treaty between England-Russia- It was a pact which was signed in 1907 where the two countries Britain and Russia settled their colonial disputes in Persia, Afghanistan and Tibet. As a result of the treaty, it was also decided to outline the spheres of influence over Persia and laid down that neither country will interfere in the internal affairs of Tibet. It also recognised the influence of Britain over Afghanistan. The agreement led to the formation of Triple Entente.
4. A political revolution in Turkey- A political revolution took place in Turkey in 1908. Taking full advantage of this situation, Austria annexed Bosnia and Herzegovina, the regions of Balkan. Bulgaria too declared itself as an independent country.
