 Arrangement of sentences in the correct sequence requires the sequence to be in chronological order or be logical or have some meaning. Therefore, we have to start the arrangement from the sentence that introduces the topic discussed in the sentences.
Now, the correct order would be to start with the sentence that describes the topic, in the above-given sentences the statement ‘Q’ does this. Therefore, the options stating ‘Q’ as the first statement in the order are correct.
Now, what does it tell us?
Well, by this we can very easily deduce that the given solution in option (b) and (c) can be eliminated. This leaves us with two remaining options, i.e. option (a) and (d).
