Hint: Scientific names are a two-part name that allows people to communicate unambiguously throughout the world. This naming is done to prevent the same naming which happens more than once. This naming gives every scientific name a uniqueness.

Complete step by step answer:
The common name of an organism is much easier than the scientific name however scientific names are more acceptable. Different countries have different languages that name different for every species and could create confusion that's why scientific names have been assigned to the species. These names are standardized and are accepted by the whole universe. Scientific names help to understand the differences and similarities between the different species of the same genera providing a relationship between each other. The roots of scientific names are derived from Latin or Greek or some other languages.
The two parts of the scientific names are derived from the Latin language and this naming is known as binomial nomenclature. This naming was proposed by a scientist named Carl Linnaeus. One part of the naming is known as the generic name and the other part is known as the specific name. This naming requires some rules to be followed. The name of the genera is always capitalized while the name of the species is not. The entire naming should be done in the italics form. The first letter of the generic name is in uppercase. The first letter of the specific name is in lowercase. For example Homo sapiens (humans), Bamboosa ardinarifolia (bamboo), etc. This naming is essential for the classification and organization of organisms which makes the study of an organism easier and understandable. It gives the precision and clarity for the naming of an organism which prevents confusion. Scientific names help the reader to learn something about the organism. For example, Leptocephalus has lepto which means slender, and cephalus which means head.

Note: PNEUMONOULTRAMICROSCOPICSILICOVOLCANOCONIOSIS is the longest scientific name for the disease that causes inflammation in the lungs if a person inhales very fine silica dust.
La lio is the shortest scientific name which is of the bat.
Parastratiosphecomyia stratiosphecomyioides is the longest name of a fly.
Carl Linnaeus was awarded by the Swedish king for his contributions towards science. He is known for his contribution towards binomial nomenclature, scientific classification, and taxonomy.
