The atrial node is the part of the electrical conduction system which coordinates the electrical signals reaching the heart. It also coordinates the electrical impulse from the atria to the ventricles. Purkinje’s fibers are specialized conducting fibers composed of electrically excited cells composed of electrically excited cells. The nodes are made from myofibril along with mitochondria which coordinates cardiac action potentials more quickly and efficiently than any other cells in the heart.

Usually, mammals have closed circulatory system humans too have that and humans have two atria, the right atrium always receives the deoxygenated blood and superior vena cava, inferior vena cava and coronary sinus which sends the blood to the tricuspid valve and the artery circulation to the right pulmonary veins.

The conduction system of the heart is like- posterior to the right atrium and pacemaker walls instantly depolarize and create an action potential. The blood supply to the left and right atrium depends mainly on the left coronary artery. It is also responsible for venous drainage which emerges during the embryonic stage from the left superior vena cava.
