Hint: Asthma and allergies are diseases related to the immune system and respiratory system of the body due to pollution.

Complete answer:
Asthma is a common long-term inflammatory disease of the airways of the lungs. It is the narrowing and swelling of airways that may produce extra mucus. This can make breathing difficult and trigger coughing, a whistling sound (wheezing) at the time of breathing, and shortness of breath.
Allergies are also known as allergic diseases. They are the number of conditions which is caused by hypersensitivity of the immune system to various typically harmless substances present in the environment. When the immune system reacts to a foreign substance like pollen, or bee venom, or a food that does not cause a reaction in most people then the allergies occur.
Asthma and allergy are thought to be caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Environmental factors include exposure to air pollution and allergens. Childhood asthma and allergy are not present evenly among the whole population. Those children who grow up in crowded urban areas may have higher rates of asthma and allergy and may experience greater mortality because of them.
Immune development, respiratory illnesses, and exposure to stress, outdoor pollutants including ozone and diesel exhaust, indoor pollutants such as tobacco smoke and nitrogen dioxide, microbial products, and allergens are major factors and the major study outcomes are allergies and asthma at a young age.
There is no cure for asthma. Its symptoms can be prevented by avoiding foreign particles such as allergens and irritants, and by the use of inhaled corticosteroids. Reducing the risk of exposure to some allergens, like dust mites, may delay or even prevent allergy or asthma symptoms. Exposure to tobacco and automobile smoke before and after birth increases your infant's risk of developing wheezing and asthma which can be avoided by wearing masks.

Note: Asthma was recognized as early as Ancient Egypt. The word "asthma" is from the Greek ásthma, which means "panting". The diagnosis and management of allergy are done with the help of Spirometry. It is the single best test for asthma. The word "allergy" was first used in 1906 by Clemens von Pirquet. Two different methods can be used to assess the presence of allergen-specific IgE antibodies, they are a skin prick test or an allergy blood test.
