I, Manika Mahajan, have completed my schooling from your school till class 8th. I have scored 95% in class 8th and have always been active in co-curricular activities conducted by the school.

Now, I have applied for admission to XYZ school. In order to complete the admission formalities and to be assured of my previous school conduct, the administration of XYZ school has asked me to submit a character certificate of my good conduct.
