Hint: To find another way in which the given number can be written we will use negative exponent. Firstly as we can see that we have to multiply the decimal value with a negative exponent with base 10. We will simply take the 10 power to the denominator for removing the sign and then we will shift the decimal to the left depending on the power of 10.
Complete step-by-step solution:
We have to write given value in another form
${{1.4503 \times 10}^{-2}}$
As the exponent is negative we can write it in below form:
$\dfrac{1.4503}{{{10}^{2}}}$
As we can see we can simply shift the decimal two places to the left and write is as below:
$\Rightarrow 0.014503$
Hence another way to write ${{1.4503.10}^{-2}}$ is $0.014503$
Note: There are two types to write a number one is by standard notation and another is by scientific notation. Scientific notation is used to write a very large number concisely for example- we can write 5400000 as $54\times {{10}^{5}}$. It is very time-consuming to write such big numbers and it may be possible that we miss one or two zeros so scientific notation is used to resolve that problem. Standard notation on the other hand is the simple way to write any number no matter how big it is without any 10 with power multiplied to it. Numbers can be classified in different forms in mathematics such as integer, natural number, whole number and so on. Decimal number is also one type of it. It is a standard form of representing integers and non-integers.
