Hint: The higher elements are named using the suitable suffix. For 1 we use un as the suffix. For 4 we use quad as a suffix.

Complete step by step answer:
Using the suitable suffix, we will name the atomic number 114 as:
Ununquadium
Un is used for 1 and quad is used for 4.

Thus, the correct option is C.

Additional information:
There are 118 elements known to us in the modern periodic table. Twenty four elements among them are prepared synthetically and the rest of them are naturally occurring elements. Generally, most of the elements have been named according to their origin or the name of the scientist who discovered the element. There are certain elements whose names are not accepted universally. For example, for atomic number 104 both American and Russian scientists claim the discovery of this element. Hence the American names it Rutherfordium and Russian named it kurchatovium in the same way some other elements are also there which have such conflicting names. So that is why IUPAC have decided to provide an official nomenclature, so that they will be universally adopted. So from atomic number 100 onwards a nomenclature was given by the IUPAC for naming. For each number from 0 to 9 a suitable suffix was assigned.

Note:
The suffix for 0 is nil, 1 is un, 2 is bi, 3 is tri, 4 is quad, 5 is pent, 6 is hex, 7 is sept, 8 is oct, 9 is enn. The symbol of the element is given by using the first letter of the suffix.
