Hint: Living organisms require oxygen for survival but it depends on the oxygen level in the blood through which the oxygen reaches the tissue of the organism. Oxygen has a high affinity of bonding with haemoglobin. Higher the bonding, higher the oxygen ( calculate oxygen content).

Blood 100% saturated then it contains 15 haemoglobin (Hb).
Each gram of Hb carries 1.34 ml of O2.
I.e. 1 gm Hb= 1.34 ml O2.
