Hint: The Delhi Conspiracy case also referred as the Delhi Lahore Conspiracy which was an attempt to assassinate the then Viceroy of India Lord Hardinge in 1912. It was organised by a team of underground revolutionaries in Bengal and Punjab. It was done on the occasion of the transfer of capital from Calcutta to Delhi.

Complete Step by Step answer: On 23 December 1912, on the occasion of the shifting of capital from Calcutta to Delhi, a bomb was thrown at the Lord Hardings convoy in an attempt to kill him. The plan was designed by Rash Behari Bose and the conspiracy culminated when the 16 year old Basant Biswas threw a bong at the elephant carrying Lord Hardinge. The viceroy escaped with some injuries.

OPTION A-Rash Behari Bose was an Indian revolutionary who is credited with planning the Delhi Conspiracy, the Ghadar Conspiracy and the formation of the indian national army.
