Hint: Admiral Gorshkov was a renowned Russian aircraft carrier that belonged to the Soviet Navy and the Russian Navy from 1987 to 1996. Before the ship was commissioned in the year 1987, its original name was Baku.

Complete answer:
Baku ship was laid down in 1978 at Mykolaiv South which is in Ukraine. It was launched in 1982 and commissioned in December 1987. The commissioning of the ship was delayed as a result of software bugs present in the new command and control system. The ship was later renamed Admiral Gorshkov after the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991. It was also such that the city of Baku is now in independent Azerbaijan.
In 1994, a boiler room explosion took place and as a result, the ship was docked for many years of repair. Although Admiral Gorshkov returned to service in 1995, it was finally withdrawn and by 1996, it was offered for sale.
During the year 2004, Russia had agreed that it would put Admiral Gorshkov off for a to India after an extensive upgrade at Sevmash Enterprise. In 2009, it was reported that India had agreed to pay a price of 2.3 billion US dollars. The carrier is now renamed INS Vikramaditya and was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 16th November 2013.
So, the correct answer is Option B.:
