Complete answer: Adi Granth Sahib was compiled in 1603 AD by the fifth Sikh guru, Guru Arjun Dev.
Sikhism is a religion founded by a saint, Guru Nanak. Adi Granth Sahib is regarded as the ultimate, and eternal living guru by the Sikhs. It is regarded as the last Sikh guru following the ten human gurus in Sikhism. It was compiled during the early seventeenth century, from 1603 to 1604. On 29 August 1604, its compilation was completed.
The bulk of the scripture was composed of the first six Sikh Gurus. The last human Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh edited the scripture to add 115 more hymns by Guru Teg Bahadur, the ninth Sikh guru and one by him. This edited version of the Adi Granth Sahib is known as the Guru Granth Sahib. The holy scripture has 1430 angs and 5894 sabads and is written in Gurmukhi script. It was first installed in the Darbar Sahib in the Golden Temple at Amritsar. The main idea propagated by the sacred text is a society based on divine justice and in which no form of life is exploited or oppressed by the other.

Hence, the correct option is option B.

Note: Adi Granth Sahib is believed to have the teachings of all thirteen Hindu Bhakti movement and two Muslim Sufi saints along with the poetic teachings of Guru Nanak, Guru Angad, Guru Amar Das, Guru Ram Das, Guru Arjan, Guru Teg Bahadur and, Guru Govind Singh.
