Hint: We need to know that a homogenous mixture of two or more components is known as a solution. The components which are present in the resultant solution are mainly divided into two and that is, solute and solvent. The component which is present in smaller particles is known as solute and the component present in larger particles is known as solvent. Hence, a solution is the homogenous mixture of solute and the solvent.
