Hint : In this question first we have to study for all defects and their reason along with correctness so that we can easily identify the defect and get the correct treatment of that disease where person needs some glasses for driving so that we can drive safely without any mishappening.

Complete step-by-step solution:
A normal eye can see all objects over a various range of distances i.e. from 25 cm (near point) to infinity. But due to certain problems, the eye is not able to see objects over very large or short distances, and such an eye is said to be a defective eye. A person can have many defects in their eye with different symptoms.
Myopia is also known as near-sightedness. A myopic person can see the nearby objects clearly but cannot able to see distant objects clearly because the far point of his eye is less than infinity
The reason for myopia is due to:-
(i) Stretching of the eyeball which means the distance between the retina and eye lens is increased.
(ii) Decrement in the focal length of the eye lens.
In a myopic person's eye, the image of a distant object is formed before the retina and not at the retina itself. This defect can be corrected by using a concave lens of that power due to which image starts forming on the retina. A concave lens of suitable power will bring the image back onto the retina and thus the defect is corrected.
So a person who needs to use concave lens glasses for driving so that he can see the correct distance of an object from his eye so that his myopic effect gets reduced and he can drive easily and have no accident.
So we can conclude that the person is having myopia.
So Correct Option is B.

Note: The human eye is one of the most sensitive sense organs. It works on the phenomenon of refraction of light through a natural convex lens made of transparent living material in the eye. It enables us to see the wonderful world and the colors around us. It is the most valuable art of our eye.
