Hint: First given parameters are in two different units, convert them in the same units either in grams or kilograms. Convert in a way that less parameters need to be converted. In the above given problem two parameters are in grams and one parameter is in kilograms, so we are going to convert kilograms into grams.
Formula used:
Conversion unit, 1 kilograms = 1000 grams

Complete step by step answer:
To make all given parameters in same units convert kilograms into grams as shown below,
\[ \Rightarrow \]16 kilograms \[ = 16 \times 1000\]grams
Multiplying and write it as following,
\[ \Rightarrow \]16 kilograms \[ = 16000\]grams
Now try to find a unit gram of chocolate containing how much grams of sugar.
84 grams of chocolate contain 37 grams of sugar, Therefore
1 gram of chocolate contains \[\dfrac{{37}}{{84}}\] grams of sugar as a unitary method.
Now, according to the given problem we have to calculate the amount of sugar present in \[16000\] grams of chocolate bars. Therefore,
\[16000\] grams of chocolate bars contain \[\dfrac{{37}}{{84}} \times 16000\] grams of sugar as a unitary method.
Now, simplifying above expression by dividing as shown below,
\[ \Rightarrow \]\[16000\] grams of chocolate bars contain\[ = \] \[\dfrac{{37}}{{84}} \times 16000\] grams of sugar
\[ \Rightarrow \]\[16000\] grams of chocolate bars contain\[ = \] \[0.44 \times 16000\] grams of sugar
Now, simplifying above expression by multiplying as shown below,
\[ \Rightarrow \]\[16000\] grams of chocolate bars contain\[ = \] \[7040\] grams of sugar
We can also write it as in kilograms units as shown below,
\[ \Rightarrow \]\[16000\] grams of chocolate bars contain\[ = \] \[7040\] grams of sugar
Dividing both sides by 1000 to convert above values into kilograms,
\[ \Rightarrow \]\[\dfrac{{16000}}{{1000}}\] kilograms of chocolate bars contain\[ = \] \[\dfrac{{7040}}{{1000}}\] kilograms of sugar
\[ \Rightarrow \]\[16\] kilograms of chocolate bars contain\[ = \] \[7.040\] kilograms of sugar
So, finally we got the required value of sugar that is 7.040 kilograms.

Note:
Unitary method is a technique for solving a problem by first finding the value of a single unit, and then finding the required value by multiplying the single unit value.
