Hint:Boat is moving downstream in the river so it will add the speed of the stream as well. First find the distance covered by each hour by the boat then draw it on the Cartesian plane.

Complete step-by-step answer:
We are given,
Speed of boat= 22 km/hr
Speed of stream= 8 km/hr
Total speed = Speed of boat + Speed of stream = (22+8) km/hr
Total speed = 30 km/hr

So, in 1 hour boat will be covering = 30 km
In 2 hour boat will be covering = (30+ 30) km = 60 km
In 3 hour boat will be covering = (60 + 30) km =90 km
And,

Assuming X-axis as a time (in hours) and Y-axis as a distance (in km) then graph of given problem is followed-

Time Distance

Note: When the boat is going upstream it means it is going in the opposite direction of the stream. In that case we will subtract the speed of stream from the speed of boat to get total speed. If the speed of the stream is greater than the speed of the boat in an upstream situation then the boat will not go forward. It will only go backward.
