Hint: To find the percentage of blue balls in the bag we will use percentage formula. Firstly we will find the total numbers of balls in the bag then we will divide the number of balls which are blue by the total numbers of balls. Finally we will multiply the obtained fraction by 100 and get the desired answer.

Complete step-by-step solution:
The following information is given to us:
Red Balls $=8$……$\left( 1 \right)$
Blue Balls $=11$…..$\left( 2 \right)$
Green Balls $=6$……$\left( 3 \right)$
Now we will find the total numbers of ball in the bag by adding equation (1) (2) and (3) as follows:
Total number of Balls $=8+11+6$
Total number of Balls $=25$
Next to find the percentage of blue ball we will divide the number of blue balls by total number of balls in box and multiply the fraction by 100 as follows:
Percentage of Blue balls$=\dfrac{11}{25}\times 100$
Now we will simplify the above value and add $\%$ sign as below:
Percentage of Blue balls $=11\times 4$
Percentage of Blue balls $=44\%$
Hence the percentage of blue balls in the bag is $44\%$.

Note: Percentage is a number or a ratio in which we can express a fraction of 100. To calculate the percentage of a number divide the number by whole and multiply it by 100. The symbol that represents the percentage is $\%$ or ‘per’. The percentage means a part per hundred. It doesn’t have any dimension and that is why it is a dimensionless number.
