AIIMS MBBS 2020 Exam Day Guidelines are a comprehensive set of dos and don’ts that have been created to help you be adequately prepared for your examination and undertake the same in a hassle-free manner. AIIMS instructions 2020 will tell you what to expect on your exam day and make preparations accordingly. It is important that you adhere to AIIMS instructions 2020. Anyone who is found in conflict with the AIIMS exam instructions may have to face cancellation of candidature and will be debarred from appearing for this entrance test. 

AIIMS Exam Instructions

For all students aspiring to sit for AIIMS 2020, you must follow a set of AIIMS exam instructions. Here is a list of significant AIIMS instructions that should be followed as a part of the protocol on the d-day.

  • In order to write the AIIMs exam, you must carry a valid AIIMS admit card 2020, at least one valid ID proof such as Adhaar Card, Voter ID card, Driving License, or Passport. You must also carry with you a recently taken coloured passport size photograph of yourself on the day of your exam to the exam centre.

  • It is of prime significance that you thoroughly check the date of the exam, the address of your exam centre, and the reporting time stated on your AIIMS admit card 2020. For all candidates, it is advisable that you visit your exam location at least a day or two before in order to precisely plan their commutation well in advance.

  • All candidates sitting for AIIMS 2020 must arrive at their examination centres well before time to ensure that exam authorities can smoothly conduct all pre-exam formalities. 

  • All physically challenged or physically disabled aspirants should report to their respective examination centres well in advance to avoid any kind of hassles.

  • Even though AIIMS has not laid down any official AIIMS dress code 2020, the aspirants are still expected to follow certain basic AIIMS exam dress code 2020 formalities.  All aspirants are expected to wear summer casuals since the exam is expected to be held in the second week of June 2020. Clothing items and accessories such as scarfs, caps, hats, clips, goggles, thick-soled footwear are strictly not permissible in any of the AIIMS examination centres. As per the dress code for AIIMS 2020, it is suggested that students sitting for the exam should avoid wearing any sort of light or heavy ornaments on the day of the AIIMS examination.  AIIMS 2020 dress code also suggests that aspirants following a specific religion that requires them to wear a customary dress associated to the same must report to their respective examination centres at least one hour prior to the examination.

  • The AIIMS exam shall be conducted in a computer-based mode. Hence all aspirants seeking to clear this exam should familiarize themselves with the AIIMS 2020 exam pattern and the exam environment well in advance through mock tests released on the AIIMS official website.

  • While giving the exam, remember that the question sequence and the section sequence for each candidate will be different. Your sequence will be displayed on your monitor. 

  • In order to save your answers, you must click on the “Save” button. Remember if you mark anything for “Review”, and the marking remains the same at the end of the exam, then the answers selected for these questions will not be automatically saved and hence they will remain unevaluated.

  • In order to do any kind of rough work, you can make use of the back of your admit card or the rough sheets that shall be provided to you at your examination centre. These must be submitted once you are done writing your AIIMS exams. If you do not submit your rough sheets at the end of the exams, your answers will not be evaluated.

Understanding the AIIMS 2020 Exam Day Schedule

If you go through the AIIMS 2020 exam day schedule beforehand, you become fully aware of all the possible activities that can take place at the exam centre so that you can avoid any confusion, delay or conflict. In order to avoid any confusion and delay, read your admit card to your exact exam date and timing. It is advisable that you reach your exam centre at least an hour early to ensure everything works out smoothly. For a detailed schedule, you can check the AIIMS official website at least a few days prior to the examination. The official exam schedule will tell you all about the various exam timings, last time to enter the exam centre for each of the exam sessions scheduled, and the duration of the exam.  As per the AIIMS instructions 2020, the last time to enter the exam centre for any exam session is 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the AIIMS examination. The duration of the AIIMS 2020 exam is three hours and thirty minutes.
