Subject- Loss of wallet on the train
Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your attention towards my lost wallet as I lost my wallet while I was travelling from Dwarka Mod to MG Road on October 12, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. I was travelling in coach number 4S. It was a black wallet of a puma. I have a few things, some cash and some government ID’s in the wallet. (My debit card of State Bank of India, driving license, PAN card, Aadhar card and cash of rupees 4200/- (For thousand two hundred rupees) were in it.
I am sure I dropped it near the seat where I was sitting, while trying to put it into my pocket or somebody might have picked from my pocket. I request you to help me find it as the debit card, and the license, Aadhar card are very valuable things. I can face a lot of inconvenience on account of their loss. Since there are CCTV cameras in each coach, your security department can easily trace the loss. I shall be very grateful for the favour and it will be highly appreciated.

Thanking you,
Yours faithfully
XYZ
