Hint: Name of compounds can be formed by combining the same of ions, considering common valencies of ions in the compound. Sometimes, compounds are known by their common names, other than the names of their combining ions.

Complete step by step answer: Name of compound$A{{l}_{2}}{{(S{{O}_{4}})}_{3}}$ is Aluminium sulphate. Aluminium has a valency of 3 with +3 oxidation state and Sulphate ion has a valency of 2 with +2 oxidation state. To form a compound out of both, the valency of both of them are interchanged, therefore, There are two Aluminium atoms and 3 sulphate ions present in the compound. It is soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol.
Name of the compound $N{{H}_{4}}OH$ is Ammonium hydroxide. Ammonium Hydroxide, also called Aqua Ammonia, solution of ammonia gas in water, a common commercial form of ammonia. It is a basic solution due to presence of hydroxide ions. It is a colourless liquid with a strong characteristic odour. In concentrated form, ammonium hydroxide can cause burns on contact with the skin. Ordinary household ammonium hydroxide is used as a cleanser.

Note: Ammonium hydroxide exists only in the solution. Aluminium sulphate also called Filter Alum or Dialuminum trisulphate. It is a white crystalline solid in its anhydrous form and in its solution form it appears as a colorless liquid. Both the forms are non toxic and non-combustible. It is used in Baking soda and also used for gardening to balance the soil pH.
