Hint: Biomass is defined as plant or animal matter which is used for energy production or in various industrial processes as raw substance for producing a variety of products.

Step by step answer:
Biomass is an organic material which comes from plants and animals. It is a renewable source of energy. Biomass contains stored energy from the sun. Biomass can be burned directly or converted to liquid biofuel or biogas that can be burned as fuels.
Among the mentioned options let us see the formation of each of them.
A. Gobar gas: Biogas is a renewable energy source. In India it is known as the Gobar gas. It is produced by anaerobic digestion with methanogen or anaerobic organisms which digest material inside a closed system, or fermentation of biodegradable materials.
B. Nuclear Energy: Nuclear energy is a non renewable energy source that comes from the nucleus of an atom. Nuclear Fission is when the nuclei of atoms are combined or fused together. Nuclear Fusion is when the nuclei of atoms are split apart. Nuclear power plants produce electricity by using nuclear fission.
C. Wood: Wood is a porous and fibrous structural tissue found in the stems and roots of trees and other woody plants. Wood is sometimes defined as only the secondary xylem in the stems of trees, or it is defined more broadly to include the same type of tissue elsewhere such as in the roots of trees or shrubs.
The chemical composition of wood varies from species to species but it approximately consists of 50% carbon, 42% oxygen, 6% hydrogen, 1% nitrogen and 1% other element (which includes calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and manganese) by weight.
D. Coal: Coal is a combustible black or brownish-black sedimentary rock which is formed from rocks strata called coal seams. Coal is mostly carbon with variable amounts of other elements like hydrogen, sulphur, oxygen and nitrogen. It is classified among the non renewable energy sources because it takes millions of years to form.
Among the mentioned options it is only nuclear energy whose formation is nowhere linked with living organisms. Therefore the one which is not a biomass source is nuclear energy.
So we conclude that Option B is the answer.

Note: The main sources of biomass today are wood and agricultural products, solid waste, landfill gas and biogas and alcohol fuels like ethanol and biodiesel.
