Hint:In order to answer this question, you must know about the different processes mentioned above. Evaporation is the change of state of water (a liquid) to water vapor (a gas). On average, about 47 inches (120 cm) is evaporated into the atmosphere from the ocean each year. Condensation is the process where water vapor (a gas) changes into water droplets (a liquid). This is when we begin to see clouds.

Complete step-by-step solution:
Evaporation is the most common way for liquid water to return to the water cycle as atmospheric water vapour. Water molecules must absorb heat energy before they can show transition from a liquid to an energised gaseous state. The water molecules collide with other water molecules because it removes the heat from the surrounding air. Therefore, evaporation is referred to as a "cooling process."
Heat escapes through rapid evaporation as a liquid reaches its critical temperature which is the boiling point of the liquid and hence boiling can be considered a cooling process. Boiling occurs when liquids turn into gases, releasing excess heat from the liquid. This is actually a cooling process because heat is escaping.
Condensation is a warming process because it releases energy into the atmosphere, causing the temperature of the atmosphere to rise. Water vapour condenses from a gas to a liquid when condensation occurs. In comparison to the gaseous state, the liquid state requires less energy.
Hence, Option (B) is correct.

Note:Evaporation and Boiling are different. Evaporation usually takes place on the surface of the heated liquid. Boiling usually occurs over the entire mass of the heated liquid. In evaporation, the bubbling effect is not visible. During the boiling process, a bubbling effect can be seen.
