Hint: Earthworm and amphibians except some, have thin and permeable skin and they use this thin and permeable skin for exchange of gases or we can say these animals can respire through their skin.

Complete answer:
In this question we have asked which of the following animals breathe through skin and lungs. So, first of all what is it called when some animal respires through skin. The form of respiration in which gas exchange occurs through the skin or outer integument of an organism is called cutaneous respiration. Some animals respire through skin only and some use other organs as well. Some animals which live on land have very thin and permeable skin, so that gases can easily pass through it. For example, Earthworms and amphibians have a skin which is permeable to gases. Earthworms do not have lungs and breathe only through their skin but most amphibians breathe through both skin and lungs.
So, our first option is earthworm. Earthworms do not have lungs. They breathe through their skin. Oxygen and carbon dioxide pass through the earthworm's skin by the process of diffusion. Our 2nd option is frog. The frog respires by three organs- the skin, the lungs and on the lining of the mouth. A frog may also breathe much like a human, by taking air in through their nostrils and down into their lungs. The 3rd option is fish. Respiration in fish takes place with the help of gills. Fish take by taking oxygen-rich water by their mouths and pump it to gills. When this oxygen rich water reaches to gills the vessels take the oxygen from the water. So, among these three animals, earthworms and frogs can respire through skin but only frogs can respire through lung and skin both.

So, the correct option will be frog.

Note:The frog can respirate by three organs: the skin, in the lungs and on the lining of the mouth. When it respires through skin it is called cutaneous respiration and when respirate through lining of mouth it is called buccal respiration.
