Raja Rammohan Roy was one of the few people in his time to realise completely the significance of modern age.He believed in the concept of brotherhood of interdependence of individuals as well as nations.
Note: Raja Rammohan Roy believed in monotheism and formless God.He was inspired by vedas,Upanishads and islamic teaching.He believed in the concept of equality that all human beings are equal.Therefore,he questioned caste hierarchy.
