Hint:
-Rules of society are the formal rules or norms that society makes for itself.
-Laws of Nature is a natural Instinct of human beings or other animals due to native character or condition.
-Human beings are not taught natural law per se,but rather we explore it by consistently making choices for good instead of evil.

Complete answer:
We humans are unruly and so we need laws to keep order to make sure we stay on track without our laws, society would quickly turn into chaos. Thus we need social norms or rules of society to govern humans.

Law of nature/ Natural Law on the other hand are those laws which are imposed upon humans by the Command of God. They are independent of political order, system or society.
The laws of Nature are not similar to the rules of society. Below are a few differences-

Rules of society:
1. Civilization leads to development of rules of society.
2. Needs of society lead to formation and amendments in these laws.
3. For example- Avoid racist or discriminatory comments.

Laws of Nature:
1. They are pre-existing.
2. They are universal. They are not dependent on any need of mankind and independent of political order, system or society.
3. For example- Newton's law of gravitation, Mendel’s law etc.

Therefore the answer is True.

Note:
- Natural Law is a form of laws that exist by themselves of whether people exist or not.
- The concept of natural law was developed from ancient Greek philosophy by Thomas Aquinas, Catholic philosopher of the Middle Ages.
