Hint: Use the formula, volume of cube $(v) = {a^3}$
Let the length of each side of cubical box is $a$
We know that volume of a cube $(v) = {a^3}$
Given volume of cubical box as $19.683$cu.cm
Here the cubical box is nothing but cube
Therefore
$ \Rightarrow $${a^3} = 19.683$
$\
\Rightarrow a = \sqrt[3]{{19.683}} \\
\Rightarrow a = 2.7cm \\
\ $
Hence, the length of each side of cubical box $a = 2.7$cm
NOTE: In this kind of problems formula is important as it is direct substitution.
Concentrate on cube root simplification.
