Hint: Monosaccharides: They are the basic form of carbohydrates. They can be combined through glycosidic bonds to form larger carbohydrates, which are known as oligosaccharides or polysaccharides.

Complete step by step solution
Carbohydrates: A carbohydrate is a molecule consisting of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. The ratio of hydrogen and oxygen atoms are in the ratio of 2:1. The general formula of the carbohydrate is in the form of Cm(H2O)n .
Monosaccharides: They are the basic form of carbohydrates. On decomposition they do not give any other saccharides. They can be combined through glycosidic bonds to form larger carbohydrates, which are known as oligosaccharides or polysaccharides.
Disaccharides: They are the saccharides which contain two monosaccharides linked by glycosidic linkage. Examples of disaccharides are sucrose, lactose and maltose.
Oligosaccharides: They are the saccharides which contain three to ten monosaccharides linked by glycosidic linkage. Examples of oligosaccharides are glycolipids.
Glucose is a sugar and the molecular formula of glucose is C6H12O6 . Other names of glucose are dextrose or grape sugar.
Cane sugar is also sugar and its molecular formula is as C12H22O11 .
Fructose and galactose both have molecular formulas the same as glucose but the difference is the linkage between the atoms and their structure.
Hence option A i.e. the other name of glucose is grape sugar is correct.

Note<
Sucrose (also known as cane sugar) is a sugar which is disaccharide. The monosaccharides which are used to form the sugar are glucose and fructose i.e. on hydrolysis of sucrose we get glucose and fructose products.
