The heart of a human is four chambered. The four chambers are right atrium, right ventricle, left atrium and left ventricle. The working of the heart includes:
Right auricle receives deoxygenated blood and pumps it to the right ventricle. Later, it is pumped to the heart for purification.
In humans double circulation takes place- pulmonary circulation and systemic circulation.
In pulmonary circulation deoxygenated blood pumped by the right ventricle enters into pulmonary artery and the left ventricle into the aorta.The deoxygenated blood from pulmonary artery passed to the lungs to become oxygenated where it is carried by pulmonary vein to left atrium.In systemic circulation oxygenated blood from aorta is carried system of venules, veins and vena cava.
Left auricle receives oxygenated blood and pumps it to the left ventricle. Later, it is pumped to the body for diffusion of oxygen to every cell.
So, the heart chambers that receive the oxygenated blood are the left atrium and left ventricle from the pulmonary vein.

The left atrium receives deoxygenated blood from superior, inferior vena cava and coronary sinus. Pulmonary vein is the only vein which has pure oxygenated blood.
