Hint: This is a very unique type of question. The way of solving this type of question is to understand the relationship between the sentences and then choose the right order accordingly. By combining these sentences together, we can get an entire paragraph with meaningful and inter-related sentences.

Complete step by step answer:
1. In order to find the write order of arranging the sentences, it is important to understand the connection between those three sentences (P, Q and R).
2. The first option, that is, PQR, there is no such connection between sentence P and sentence Q. In sentence P, it is said that we will remember Gandhi as the father of the nation and sentence Q is starting with 'but'.Hence a sense of countering the previous argument has been developed, therefore this order is incorrect.
3. In the third option, that is, QPR, we can see that connection of adequate continuity from S1 to Sentence Q but that connection is somewhere lost between Q and P. Sentence Q talks about the immortal spirit of Gandhiji. On the other hand, the Sentence P starts abruptly with some completely different perspective of calling him ‘Bapu’ or ‘Father of the Nation’. Hence, here also there is no such relationship established between the two sentences.
4. The fourth option is completely incorrect because as I have discussed earlier that the correct order after S1 would be Q not P. Added to that the continuation of Sentence Q after sentence R is also not right and in such a way they have been mismatched.
5. In the second option, that is, QRP, Sentence Q is connected with S1, sentence R is connected with sentence Q, sentence P is connected with lastly sentence R and S2 is connected with sentence P. Hence, this order is correct.

Hence the option B is the right answer.

Note:
There are few things which one should keep in mind while attempting such questions. The first thing is to look for the continuity among sentences. For example, if a sentence is starting with 'but', then there would definitely be some other sentence with an unfinished argument. If a sentence is completely different and has no such connection with the previous sentence, then it is necessary to place it after a sentence which is complete in itself along with a connector.
