Hint: The Dravidian Hostel for Non-Brahmin students was run by a politician and an activist of the Dravidian Movement from Tamil Nadu, a state in India. He was also one of the founders of the Justice Party.

Complete step by step answer:
Dr. Natesa Mudaliar was born in the year 1875 in Triplicane, Madras. He belongs to a Tuluva Vellela family. He had done his schooling in Madras and graduated from the Presidency College, Chennai, and the Madras Medical College before practicing as a doctor. The Madras United League was founded by him in 1912 and he was also one of the founders of the South Indian Liberal Federation. In 1923, he was elected as a candidate of the Justice Party to the Madras Legislative Council. He served as legislator till 1937. He passed away at the age of 62 in 1937. Natesa is regarded as a kind-hearted gentleman by his admirers. He was compared to Mahatma Gandhi by K.M Balasubramaniam, who is a writer and supporter of the Dravidian Movement. The Madras United League was renamed as the Madras Dravidian Association in the year 1914 and Panhanti Ramarayaningar (later the Raja of Panagal) was elected as the President. The Madras Dravidian Association conducted a hostel for the benefit of non-Brahmin students called the ‘Dravidian Home’ as a part of this program. The caretaker of this hostel was Natesa.

Thus, option (C) is correct.

Note: Dr. Natesa Mudaliar along with Dr. T.M.Nair and Pitty Thiyagaraya Chetty found the Justice Party. Dr. T.M.Nair (Taravath Madhavan Nair) is also an activist of the Dravidian Movement from the Madras Presidency but did not run the Dravidian Hostel for Non-Brahmin students.
