Complete Step by Step answer: Bengaluru is the electronic capital city of India. It is the state capital of Karnataka. It is spread over 800 acre and is one of the largest industrial hubs of India. It covers the villages of Konappana Agrahara and Doddathogur in Bangalore. This electronics city was founded by the Karnataka State Electronics Development Corporation.
The hub includes almost 200 IT and ITES companies including the main offices of Wipro, HCl, Biocon, Tech Mahindra, TCS and others. It also includes several telecommunication companies, aerospace and heavy industries. Ram Krishna Baliga is regarded as the father of this concept of electronics city. He was the first chairman and Managing director of Karnataka electronics. The idea was to make Karnataka the ‘Silicon valley of India’.
The efforts of then Prime Minister Narasimha Rao and later Manmohan Singh helped Bengaluru become the electronics capital that it is today. The climate of Bengaluru is more or less moderate and in summer experience heat waves occasionally. There are also several reputed institutions in the state like National Institute of Fashion Technology(NIFT), National Institute of Mental health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS), Indian Institute of Science (IISC) and others. Bengaluru has a population of 11 million and a rich cultural heritage.

Note: Bangalore is also called the ‘Garden city’ and ‘silicon valley of India’ . It is a very well developed and well connected city which provides lots of employment opportunities.
