Let us discuss the neutron to get the required answer for the given illustration;
Neutrons- The neutron is one of the two entities along with a proton in the nucleus of an atom. It shows the stability inside the nucleus.
The positive charge of a proton inside the nucleus and the negative charge of electron in the shells of the atom, neutralises the atom. Neutron is the uncharged particle present in the nucleus i.e. they have no charge.
It is made up of quarks which are fundamental particles of a standard model of the atom. A simple neutron is made up of one up quark and two down quarks.
One up quark has a charge of $+\dfrac{2}{3}e$ and two down quarks have a charge of $-\dfrac{1}{3}e$ each. Thus, charge on neutron can be given as,
$+\dfrac{2}{3}e-\dfrac{1}{3}e-\dfrac{1}{3}e=0$
Therefore, we have proved that neutrons have zero charge.

Note: The neutrons and protons are made up of three quarks each as they are the innermost constituents of the nucleus of an atom. These quarks are of six types.
