Especially mammals, but plants exert oxygen as they take up carbon dioxide for all their processes to happen. d) Chlorophyll- chlorophyll is a plant pigment which imparts color to the plant body and its cells. Chlorophyll as the name says is found mostly in leaves which provide pigment as said.
