Hint:Mallu Swarajyam read Maxim Gorky's work, Mother, at the age of 10, and it proved to be a source of her inspiration. She turned herself into an activist, mobilising people against Nizam's Razakars.

Complete answer:
Mallu Swarajyam (born in 1931) was an Indian politician from India's Communist Party and a warrior for independence. She was a member of an armed dalam that had taken part in the war against Telangana.
Swarajyam was born into a semi-feudal family in Suryapet, Nalgonda district of Telangana, India, in the thungathurthy mandal district of karvirala-kothagudem village.
During this time, the district of Nalgonda was part of the Nizam State of Hyderabad. In response to a call made by Mahatma Gandhi as part of the struggle to attain swaraj (self-rule, or independence) from the British, the name Swarajyam is in deference to the wishes of many of her relatives who participated in the satyagraha.

Under the banner of Andhra Mahasabha, the Communist Party of India fought with arms against the cruel rule of the Nizam and the bonded labour in the state.

So the correct answer is option A.

Note:Swarajyam has two sons, Mallu Goutham Reddy, a doctor, and Mallu Nagarjun Reddy, a senior Nalgonda District advocate. She also has a daughter, Karuna, who ran for Nalgonda in the Praja Rajyam Party of Chiranjeevi in the 2009 elections and lost to Gutha Sukhendar Reddy.
