Hint:In paper recycling, the old, waste paper is used to make a new type of paper. Recycling is used to keep used objects and materials and use them again. There are three R i.e. reduce, reuse and recycle.
Complete step by step answer:
Let us first define tips on reducing waste and conserving resources.
There are three R’s i.e. reduce, reuse and recycle. They all help to reduce waste which we throw away. Let us define these three terms one by one.
Reduce: The best way in which we can reduce the waste is not to produce the waste. Some ways are:
Buy products in one time because it will reduce the packaging waste. Use cloth napkins instead of paper napkins. Buy durable goods which will reduce the shopping we have to do again and again due to less life of the product. Avoid disposable goods such as paper plates, cups and napkins instead of using these things. Use the things which we can clean and can use again.
Reuse: It makes an economic and healthy environment i.e. creativity. Some ways are:
Reuse products in different ways. For example: Coffee can be used to pack lunch.
Use ceramic mugs instead of using paper cups.Bring your own cloth bag while going to the store. Sell old clothes, toys or you can donate them to the charities.
Recycle: It is a process in which the used products are remanufactured and sells them as new products. Some ways are:
-Use recycled paper for copy and newsletter.
-Buy products made from recycled materials.
-Consider purchasing recycled products at work.
-The use of these three r’s helps us to reserve our resources and also helps in protecting the environment.
Now in the question we are asked that tearing of paper is said to be a change that cannot be reversed. Because in the recycling process of paper the original form, shape, size and texture of old papers are replaced by the new shape, size and texture of the new paper. So when we tear a paper then we change its shape and size that’s why changes in tearing of paper cannot be reserved.
Note:
We can also recycle plastic and make it a product which is useful. In the recycling of plastic first plastic is melted and then converted into the desired shape and then placed to cool down then we get a new product by waste plastic which we can use.
