Hint: The water droplets are formed around the bottle because of the condensation process . The moisture or we can say water vapour present in the air condenses on coming with a surface of low temperature.

Complete answer: Before reaching to the conclusion as to why it happens, let us first learn what condensation is .
The phenomenon of conversion of water vapours into liquid is known as condensation . It is the opposite of evaporation . When the temperature of the surrounding is reduced enough , the water vapour starts to change into liquid .
Here, we have a bottle . Since before the bottle was kept in the refrigerator it had a pretty low temperature. When the water is taken out it is still at lower temperature than the atmosphere . So the air around comes in contact with the temperature and starts to convert into liquid . This liquid appears on the surface of the bottle as small water droplets .
Now we know why a puddle of water is observed when a cooled bottle is taken out of the fridge.

Note:The water has a tendency to convert itself into all three states i.e. solid, liquid and gas. When the water present in the moisture comes in contact with a surface at lower temperature ,it condenses and forms a water droplet around the bottle.
