3. Elected Members of the Lok Sabha (Lower House of the Indian Parliament);
4. members of the legislature who are elected in each state (lower house of state legislature); and
elected members from each union territory with a legislative assembly (i.e. Delhi, Puducherry, etc.)

Qualification to be the Indian president:
1. He must be an Indian citizen
2. Minimum age limit is $35$ years
3. He must meet the requirements to be elected to the Lok Sabha
