Hint: Here we will apply the BODMAS rule to simplify the given expression. Since, there are no brackets in the given expression, so we will give first preference to division and then we will follow the order accordingly.

Complete step-by-step answer:

We know that BODMAS is an acronym or short form and it stands for Bracket, Of, Division, Multiplication, Addition and Subtraction. According to BODMAS rule, if an expression contains brackets, we have to first solve the bracket followed by ‘Of’ ( it means power and roots, etc.), then division, multiplication, addition and subtraction from left to right.
Here, the expression given to us is:
$100+7\times 6\div 3-8\times 4-10$
So, according to the BODMAS rule, we will perform the division first here. So, after performing the division operation, we get:
$100+7\times 2-8\times 4-10$
Now, we will do the multiplication. So, after applying the multiplication operation, we get:
$100+14-32-10$
Now, we will perform addition. So, after applying addition operation, we get:
$114-32-10$
Now, at last we will do subtraction. So, on applying subtraction operation, we get:
$82-10=72$
Hence, the value of the given expression is 72.

Note: Students should note here that in the last step where we get ‘ 114-32-10’ we can apply algebra and add 32 and 10 first and ten subtract this sum from 114 to get the answer. The order of applying BODMAS rule is always from left to right.
