Complete answer:
Sir Curzon Wylie had been a member of the British Army since 1866 as well as the Indian Political Department since 1879. He was also the chief of the Secret Police and had been trying for a long time to collect information about Savarkar and his trustees. Dhingra, along with a large number of Indians and Englishmen, was invited to attend the annual 'At Home' event organised by the Indian National Association at the Imperial Institute in London.

When Sir Wyllie and his wife were about to leave the hall, Dhingra fired rounds at him from the point-blank range, four of which reached their target. Also, his bullets claimed the life of another man, Cawas Lalcaca (or Lalkaka), a doctor from Parsee who had intervened to save Sir Curzon. Dhingra was convicted, sentenced and hanged on 17 August 1909 (in a fast sequence of events).

Let us know about the mentioned personalities:

Madam Bikaji Cama (1861-1936): Indian political activist and advocate for women's rights who have won appreciation for the unfulfilling of the first edition of the Indian national flag (a tricolour of green, saffron, and red stripes). He didn't fire Curson Wyllie. Thus, Option A is incorrect.

Madan Lal Dhingra (Sept. 18, 1883 – Aug. 17, 1909) was an Indian revolutionary and a young man influenced by V.D. The extremist views of Savarkar. On 1 July 1909, Dhingra was assassinated by Curzon Wyllie, aide-de-camp of the former Secretary of State for India. Curson Wyllie was fired by him. Thus, Option B is correct.

Shyamji Krishna Verma(1857-1930): An Indian revolutionary soldier, nationalist, lawyer, and journalist who founded the Indian Home Rule Society, the Indian House, and the Indian Sociologist in London. He was also a renowned scholar in Sanskrit and other Indian languages. He didn't fire Curson Wyllie. Thus, Option C is incorrect.

Rash Behari Bose (1886-1945): The nationalist leader of India against the British Raj. He was one of the leading figures of the Ghadar Mutiny (1915) and the Indian National Army (1942-45) who was later handed over to Subhas Chandra Bose. He did not shoot Curson Wyllie. Thus, Option D is also incorrect.

Therefore, the correct answer is B

Note:
Madanala Dhingra has been influenced by V.D. Savarkar (an Indian independence leader and politician) has formulated the Hindu nationalist ideology of Hindutva. He was a leading figure in the Hindu Mahasabha, an atheist, and also a pragmatic Hindu philosophy practitioner.

Curson Wyllie was remembered in a variety of places, including Central India, and above all in Rajputana, where he rose to the highest rank in the service. He was selected to be Political Aide-de-Camp to the Secretary of State for India in the year 1901.
