Satish covered a distance of 32 km 15 m by car, 104 km 20 m by train and 1.5 km on foot. What distance did she cover in all? Give your answer in terms of km.

We see that Satish covered a distance of 32 km 15 m by car, 104 km 20 m by train and 1.5 km on foot.
So, he has traveled through 3 different modes.
Distance travelled by him using car = 32 km 15 m
Distance travelled by him using train = 104 km 20 m
Distance travelled by him using foot = 1.5 km
We know that 1 km = 1000 m.
So, 1.5 km will be equivalent to = $1.5 \times 1000 = 1500m$
So, this will become 1000 m and 500 m which is equal to 1 km 500 m.
This can be written as: Distance travelled by him using foot = 1 km 500 m.
Now, we will add the km and meters separately:
The distance he travelled in km is:-
Car $= 32 km$
Train$ = 104 km$
Foot $=1 km$
Adding all these, we will get: $32 + 104 + 1 = 137 km.$
The distance he travelled in meters is:
Car $= 15 m$
Train $= 20 m$
Foot $= 500 m$
