22nd July 2020, Rawivar Peth. A blood donation camp is being organized by EST Hospital, Rawivar Peth, Pune. The camp will be held on the patriotic day of Independence, 15th August 2020 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jeela Hall, Rawivar Peth. The camp will be inaugurated by the honourable Dr. R.C Patil, the head of the cardiology department, Apollo Hospital. All those who wish to get a free medical check-up can do so before donating their blood. Nutritious refreshments like fresh juice, fruits, and sandwiches will be served to the virtuous donors. The hospital appeals to the people of our city to come forward for this noble cause and donate their blood. The camp invites one and all.

Note:
A report should be written in a descriptive manner, rather than a formal one. We always write a report in the past tense form, as we are reporting an event or an incident that took place in the past.
