Hint: Puccinia graminis is common on wheat, barberry and other grass like oat, barley, rye etc.

Complete answer:
- It's a cycle on wheat as a primary host and on barberry as a secondary or alternate host.
- Stages of Puccinia graminis:
Uredia bearing uredospores - Wheat
Telia bearing teleutospores - Wheat
Pro mycelia bearing basidiospores - Wheat
Spermogonia bering spermatia and receptive hyphae - Barberry
Aecia being aeciospores - Barberry
- Uredial stage:
The hyphae of the eukaryotic mycelium- aggregate near the surface of the infected organ to form a hyphen mass known as Ureida. The tip of each hyphae sweets to form a single binucleate oval uredospore formed in a group- uredinium or uredospores. They exert pressure on the epidermis, finally rapture in the form of slit through which rusty coloured uredospores are seen.
- Telial stage:
Late in growing seasons, uredospores are metamorphoses into Teleutospores in the same uredospore which is also known as telutosri. Teleutospores are dark brown or black in colour. So, the correct answer is, ‘uredia and telia on Wheat leaves.’

Note:
- Puccinia graminis is an obligate and heteroecious parasite.
- Puccinia infects barberry upper and lower sides of the leaf.
- Dikaryophase is present in wheat by asxual sporulation forms two kinds of spores uridiospores and teliospores where each cell contains a pair of nuclei n+n consisting of a dikaryon.
