Every solar system has a distinct number of planets that revolve around the Sun or any other star in specific imaginary orbits. These planets also rotate along their imaginary rotational axis. In our solar system, all the planets revolve around the sun and there are fixed orbits for them as well. The planet that is nearest to the sun is named “mercury” and this is the smallest planet in the solar system. Mercury is followed by the planet named Venus, then our planet Earth, then the red planet Mars, then Jupiter which is the largest planet in the solar system, then Saturn, Uranus, and lastly Neptune.
