Hint: We know that on the basis of chemical property of compounds, they are divided into three groups namely Acids, bases and salts. Acids and bases combine to form salts. There are mainly three concepts for acids and bases. The concepts are Lewis concept, Arrhenius concept and Bronsted Lowry concept.

 Complete answer:
First let us see what are acids and bases: -
Acid: An acid is a compound which produces H+ ions and also a negative non-metal ion when it is dissolved in water. For example- HCl when it dissolves in water, it gives H+ ions and Cl ions.
We write the reaction as: HCl H++Cl when dissolved in water.
-Base: A base is a compound that produces OH ions and positive metal ion when it is dissolved in water. For example- NaOH when it dissolves in water, it gives OH ions and Na+ ions.
We write the reaction as: NaOHOH+Na+ when dissolved in water.
Now let us see what are strong acids, weak acids and strong bases, weak bases.
-Strong acids: They are the acids which dissociate completely into ions when dissolved in water. For example- HCl , H2SO4
-Weak acids: They are the ones which dissociate partially into ions when dissolved in water. For example- CH3COOH , Citric acid.
-Strong bases: They are the bases which dissociate completely into ions when dissolved in water. For example- NaOH,KOH
-Weak bases: They are the ones which dissociate partially into ions when dissolved in water. For example- NH3 , Pyridine
Hence NaCl is a salt of strong acid and strong base.

So, the correct option will be Option A i.e. Strong, strong.

Note: This is a neutralization reaction. A neutralization reaction is the one in which strong acids and strong bases combine with each other to form salt and water only. The acid and base will neutralize each other so the solution will be neutral i.e. pH=7.
The neutralization reaction will be: - HCl+NaOHNaCl+H2O
