Complete answer: The All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen or AIMIM is an Indian regional political party based in the Indian state of Telangana. The AIMIM formally MIM strongly advocated the set up of a "Muslim dominion". The party was formed in 1926 in Telangana. The party mainly advocated for separation from India rather than integration with India but later after integration of Hyderabad in India the organisation changed their stance but still remained a party dominated by strong hold of Islamic ideology. This party mainly had separtist motives and were not really successful in attaining their political aim.
AIMIM has held the Lok Sabha seat for the Hyderabad constituency since 1984. In the 2014 Telangana Legislative Assembly elections, the AIMIM won seven seats and received recognition as a 'state party' by the Election Commission of India. Since then Owaisi has gained a lot of importance in the Indian politics.
The AIMIM was initially a city-based party, with influence only in Hyderabad, but the party won two seats in the 2014 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly election and one seat in the 2019 Maharashtra Lok Sabha and emerged as the second largest party in the Aurangabad municipal elections. The party president and member of parliament Asaduddin Owaisi received the Sansad Ratna Award for 2014. The party has long been seen as a political representation of Muslims in the state of Telangana now in whole India. This year party president Asad Uddin Owaisi led a protest against CAA, NRC, NPR at various places. Owaisi is considered as a person who is willing to challenge India’s unity with his separatist policy in the Indian politics.
Let’s examine the options one by one :
A : The All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen was not formed in 1925. So this option is wrong.
B : 1927 was the period after the party was formed in 1926. So this is also a wrong option.
C : 1926 was the year when the All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen was formed in Telangana.
D : 1928 is not a correct option.

So, the correct option is C. 1926 was the year when the All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen was formed in Telangana.

Note: You might tend to get confused with the AIMIM as a Kashmiri party because of its separatist politics in India but It is a party of Telangana which is a regional party of that state.
