There are 4 major types of Animal Husbandry practised in the world today. They are
1)Dairy Farming- production of milk and processing of dairy products.
2)Poultry Farming- the farming of domestic birds for meat or eggs for food.
3)Fish Farming- another name is pisciculture, which involves raising fish commercially in tanks or other water bodies
4)Bee farming-An oldest tradition in India which is used for collecting honey and bee’s wax.
