3Rs refer to reduce, reuse and recycle. On a small scale, citizens should reduce the usage of air-conditioners as they release harmful gases. They release ozone-depleting chlorofluorocarbons which will result in reducing air pollution. All in all, they should reduce the consumption of contaminants and nonrenewable resources.

Second-hand consumption is looked down upon. However, this will not be the case forever as once something runs out, we shall never be able to get that resource back if it is non renewable in nature. If people start reusing specific things, environmental degradation will be greatly reduced. For example, they can use an empty can as a pencil stand.
We should also attempt to recycle whatever we can in order to derive maximum benefits with lowest exploitation.
We should also reduce the number of vehicles on the road as they cause both sound and air pollution. As much as possible, we should switch to cleaner fuels which don’t harm nature comparatively.
