Hint: The source material for both ghee and honey is a living organism which performs their reproduction and thus is responsible for production of matters which are useful for mankind. The viscosity of the ghee and honey is high. Both consist of some useful enzymes which make them a better product.

Complete answer:
The flowchart for the preparation of the honey is-
Presence of nectar in flowers
$ \downarrow $
Collection of nectars by pollinating agent such bees
$ \downarrow $
Preparation of honey by bees in the beehives
$ \downarrow $
Extraction of natural honey from their beehives.
Nectars are the liquids rich in sugar which are produced by the plants and are stored in the flowers which attract the pollinating agents such as bees for the pollination. Bees are responsible for preparation of honey in their house which is box or dome like structure having hexagonal shape known as beehives.
The flowchart for the preparation of the ghee is-
Cow
$ \downarrow $
Milk production by cow
$ \downarrow $
Extraction of cream from milk (demulsification)
$ \downarrow $
Formation of butter from cream by agitation method
$ \downarrow $
Boiling of butter to form ghee.
The cream is removed from the milk by the help of a separator which acts like a centrifugation device. This separation of cream from the milk is known as demulsification. It involves the breaking down of emulsion into two liquid layers followed by centrifugation.
Now, the stirring of the cream helps in shaking of fat molecules and thus helps them to clump together in order to form the butter which on boiling produces ghee.

Note:
The composition of honey is fructose, water, glucose, maltose and a number of other compounds while the composition of ghee is glycerides, free fatty acids, sterol and other hydrocarbons. Fat composition in ghee is near about 99.8 grams whereas nectars consist of 80-95% of water in them and 5-20 %of sucrose.
