How are you and mummy doing? Hope this letter finds you in the pink of your health.
As you know I’ve scored fairly well in my exams, I was hoping you would reward me with something. I saw a notice on the board regarding a picnic to Lonavale next week. We would be taken to the marvelous Wax museum, Narayanidham, Dams and Duke’s Nose. I really want to experience Lonavale’s scenic beauty and its pleasant weather. We don’t need to carry much, except for our essential medicines, water bottles, and snacks. We will begin the journey from our school, around 7:30 p.m., and return back by 9:30 p.m.
All my friends and I are eager to visit Lonavale. Now that the exams are over, we are free and have nothing to do. I promise I will keep you updated about my whereabouts and send you pictures from the picnic. Please send Rs.500, as I need to pay the picnic amount latest by the end of this week.
