Hint: A hormone is any member of a class of signaling molecules produced by glands in multicellular organisms transported by the circulatory system to target distant organs to control physiology and behavior.

Complete answer:
(a) Hypothalamus: The hormones secreted by the hypothalamus are thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) , gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) , Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) , growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) , follistatin, somatostatin, Melanocyte-inhibiting factor (melanostatin) , dopamine.
(b) Pituitary: Hormones are secreted both by the anterior and posterior pituitary.
- Anterior pituitary: Hormones secreted by the anterior pituitary are Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) , Growth Hormone (GH) , Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) , Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) , Prolactin (PRL) , and Luteinising Hormone (LH) .
- Posterior pituitary: Hormones secreted by the posterior pituitary are Antidiuretic hormone (ADH) and
 Oxytocin.
(c) Thyroid: Thyroid produces T4 (thyroxine) , T3 (triiodothyronine) , and calcitonin hormones.
(d) Parathyroid: Parathyroid secretes parathyroid hormone.
(e) Adrenal:
- The adrenal cortex secretes glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids, and sex hormones (androgens) .
- The adrenal medulla secretes adrenaline (epinephrine) and Nor- Adrenaline (nor- epinephrine)
(f) Pancreas: Pancreas secretes insulin and glucagon hormone.
(g) Testis: Testosterone is secreted by testis.
(h) Ovary: Ovary secretes estrogen, progesterone, and relaxin.
(i) Thymus: Thymosin is secreted by the thymus.
(j) Atrium: Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) is secreted by the atrium.
(k) Kidney: Erythropoietin is secreted by the kidney.
(i) G- I Tract:. Gastrin, Secretin, Cholecystokinin (CCK) is secreted by the G-I tract.

Note: Hormones are responsible for various diseases. A hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age is the polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) . Women with PCOS may experience rare or prolonged menstrual periods or excessive levels of the male hormone (androgen). The ovaries may develop numerous small fluid collections (follicles) and fail to release eggs regularly.
